Nutrition Basics is a special two week class that is designed to teach new members what they need to begin the ZG Nutritional program. In two short hour and a half sessions, the instructor explains the very fundamental elements of our Nutritional plan so you can get started with improved eating patterns even before attending the first lecture. If you have already attended the lectures but find that you are still confused, you may drop in on a session. The scope is generally limited to mastering the basics of eating five small meals a day and what each meal should include.
