We feel that our members benefit greatly from logging their daily food intake. Keeping track is key, you can choose to log by hand with our Daily Meal Log or by an app on an electronic device, such as MyFitnessPal. To aid members who may not be familiar with online journaling, we offer a workshop to help you learn the process. Bring your smart phone and/or laptop and we will help you get everything set up and ready to go.
