Our Cancellation and Appointment Change Policy Read our Guide to Cancelling, Changing, or Rescheduling Your Appointment Any ZynerG Massage Therapy appointment change or cancellation requests should be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Making changes and cancellations within this window guarantees a full refund of your deposit or the application of your old deposit to your newly rescheduled appointment. Any appointment changes or cancellation less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will forfeit your deposit, with any new appointment requiring a new deposit. Please read our Guide to Cancelling, Changing, or Rescheduling Your Appointment for limitations in changing appointment types and lengths. Any missed appointments automatically forfeits your deposit and is not transferable to any future appointment.
You can make changes to your appointment by Viewing Appointment Details in your original appointment confirmation email. If you no longer have that email or would like assistance in making changes to your appointment, call 358-1000 and we will gladly assist you. You must receive email confirmation of any appointment alterations or cancellations for the changes to be in effect. If you do not receive email confirmation or the information you receive is incorrect, please call 358-1000 for assistance.
We do understand that emergencies and forces beyond your control happen. If you have a fever, a known infection, or experience vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, for your health and that of our staff and other members, we request that you cancel your session, as soon as possible by calling 358-1000. Late cancellation fees will be waived in those situations. Consider your safety first during inclement weather. If inclement weather results in a need for a late cancellation you will not be penalized. If you would like to explain your circumstances and request a waiver of our cancellation and appointment change policy, email Amanda Batton at ABatton@zghealth.com. We will gladly consider your request. Please note that ZG will try to contact you in advance of any cancellations due to massage therapist illness or facility closures due to weather. We will gladly help you reschedule your appointment.
Our Late Arrival Policy Appointment times are reserved for each client and arriving late for your appointment has the potential to affect other appointments. If you are late, your appointment will end at the scheduled time, even if your actual massage session needs to be shortened and full service fees will still be charged. Please remember that you are required to fill out an Intake Form before each session. This can easily be done at home before your session, but if you need to complete the paper work at our facility, allow at least 15 minutes to do so. Each client should allow extra time to discuss your Intake Forms with your massage therapist before every session. If this is your first session, allow at least 15 minutes for this discussion; returning clients should allow for 5 to 10 minutes. We do not want your massage appointment time to be cut short by online forms, paperwork, or questions for your therapist, so plan accordingly. We understand that issues may arise that could cause you to be late for your appointment, however, we ask to call us if this ever occurs so we can do our best to accommodate the situation.
Our Policy on Inappropriate Behaviors Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.
