During your first 10 weeks of the Healthy Lifestyle Program (HLP) you will exercise for one hour, three times per week. Your hour long exercise sessions, led by certified personal trainers include a half hour of strength training, and a half hour of cardio, followed by stretching. HLP exercise classes are consistently held at the same times on certain days of the week, so no matter which lecture start date you choose, you can begin your fitness when ready. Regardless of when you choose to begin the fitness portion of your program, your class date is considered to be the date of your first lecture.
Members may choose to attend whichever class works best for them on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays or Sundays. Tuesdays classes are held at 6 am, 10 am, or 5:30 pm, Thursday classes at 6 am, 10 am, or 6 pm, and Saturday classes at 8:30 am or 11 am. Class on Sunday is at 1:30 pm and is considered an alternative to a Saturday class.
