During your first 10 weeks of the Healthy Lifestyle Change & Weight Management Program, which we call Weight Management, you will exercise for one hour, three times per week. Your hour long exercise sessions led by certified personal trainers include a half hour of strength training, and a half hour of cardio, followed by stretching. Weight Management exercise classes are consistently held at the same times on certain days of the week, so no matter which lecture start date you choose, you can begin your fitness when ready. Regardless of when you choose to begin the fitness portion of your program, your class date is considered to be the date of your first lecture.
Weight Management classes are held simultaneously at our Northside and Southside locations, and members may choose to attend whichever class works best for them on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays or Sundays. Tuesdays classes are held at 6 am, 10 am, or 5:30 pm, Thursday classes at 6 am, 10 am, or 6 pm, and Saturday classes at 8:30 am or 11 am. The only exception to simultaneous classes is on Sundays, when Northside's class is held at 3:45 pm and Southside's at 1:30 pm.
