Accountability- We get organized! Our accountability teams are led by our Trainers. Check in with your team leader, get feedback and move forward with your fitness plan.
Awesome Trainers- Whether you've been consistently exercising or haven't excised in years, our Trainers are dedicated to teaching, motivating, and helping you find the right balance in your exercise program.
Nutrition Experts-Join in weekly Nutrition and Meal Planning workshops led by our Nutrition Team. Learn how to weave healthy eating habits into your daily life. Go on a grocery shopping trip and learn to navigate the grocery store like a pro.
100 KEYs Support Groups- You've got to have friends! Become a part of the ZG Member community. Meet with other Members who are like-minded in achieving their health and fitness goals. Encourage and be be encouraged.
Individualized Assessments, Custom Plans and Bench-marking- Start our program with an individualized health assessment. Your custom nutrition and exercise plan will be developed based on your assessment and we'll tack your progress along the way.
Exercise Classes Designed Specifically to get you started -The ZG Healthy Lifestyle Program (HLP) begins with classes specifically designed for getting you moving and learning. Move up to the next class level when you feel comfortable.
Lots of Equipment and Classes from which to Choose-Enjoy access to our facilities in Southside and so may of group classes including Yoga, Pilates, and Dance.
